The mission of Mewah Produktiviti Sdn. Bhd. is to provide excellent
tailor-made quality management system to our clients. In the past two years, we have
performed over 20 ISO9000 system consultancy projects. After each project, we will conduct
a survey to collect customer voice on our performance. The aim of the survey is to improve
our services quality for our customers. Valuable opinions are given by our customers and
the results of ISO9000 Consultancy Performance Evaluation Questionnaire are summarized in
the following report.
The Survey is divided into two parts. The first part is comments on our consultation
services. The focal points are the degree of satisfaction on the quality system as well as
services. The second part is the impact of the ISO9000 system on their operation.
